Vintage Russian USSR Lomonosov Whistling Rooster Decanter 9.5 MISSING LID

  

Does not include the lid. Condition: Good - shows some sign of wear incl. Some discoloration markings, areas of removed/worn off paint, sticker residue to item. Chip to middle flower piece as shown in 9th image.

Scratch/scuff to white area on left side of item in 3rd image. SLIGHT WOBBLE TO ITEM, doesn't stand up straight (see 2nd image).
